Deskripsi
The fluorecare® CRP, based on the principle of the immunochromatographic assay, is used to detect the concentration of CRP in human serum, plasma or whole blood by double antibody sandwich method. The human serum, plasma or whole blood is added into the specimen adding hole, the CRP in the specimens to be tested is combined with the fluorescently-labeled CRP
antibody on the bonding pad, and the CRP antibody complex is formed. Because of the effect of the chromatogaphy, CRP antibody complex will be diffused along the nitrocellulose membrane. In the test line (T) region, CRP antibody complex is to be combined with the coated antibody in the detection line area, the higher the concentration of CRP, the more the aggregation of the complex on the detection line, the deeper the colour of the fluorescent
band under the specific wavelength. The signal intensity of fluorescent antibody is positively correlated with the concentration of the substance to be measured in the specimens. Fluorescently-labeled antibody is diffused to the quality control line (C) and is captured by the second antibody to form a fluorescent band under the specific wavelength. When the reaction is over, the instrument can be used to interpret the results. The optical density of the control line and test line will be analyzed by the instrument. Afterwards, the instrument calculates the concentration of the CRP according to the formerly set calibration curve and displays the results, with mg/L as a unit.
